Hiking
Beautifully situated village between mountains and sea on the Agios Nikolaos - Sitia route.
The village has many abandoned and picturesquely dilapidated houses and corners, as well as many newly built or beautifully renovated buildings.

Hiking
Kavousi is a pretty old mountain village that is the starting point for various hikes.
The mountain oregano, which grows here in particularly good quality, is famous.
