In 1869, a Erdholländer was put into operation by Müller Müller Hermann Pagenkopf. The Dutchman's mill was already owned by the third generation of the family when Hermann Heinrich Pagenkopf decided in 1924 to demolish the old Dutchman's mill in order to increase the capacity of the mill due to the large crop cultivation in Mecklenburg and to rebuild it as a gallery Dutchman.

In the former Mahlboden and directly under the Königswelle, guests can now enjoy their rest during the holidays.
After the mill has experienced a wide variety of uses in its history, it can now be rented as a holiday home. It offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy both history and modern comfort in a unique atmosphere on 250 square meters of living space.
