Hiking

The church was built in the 13th century as a fieldstone church. The monastery brothers of Chorin were probably the builders of this church. Two stonemason's stones can be found here, the Lilienstein and the Löwenstein, to the right and left of the portal on the south side of the nave.

Hiking

The church in Pinnow was built in the 13th century as a stone church. The town of Pinnow was mentioned in a document as early as 1284 as belonging to the Chorin monastery. The Cistercian Order of Chorin played a major role in the development of the Uckermark. The monastery brothers were probably the builders of this church. In 1732, which is also visible in the weather vane, the church received a half-timbered tower. This tower was demolished in 1996, the wooden structure was renovated and closed with boarding.
