Only recently completed and released (July 2020 month).
The planning alone took around 4.5 years from commissioning the planning to handing over the construction plans to the state. The construction itself only took around six months, starting in November 2019 (source: lk- wolfenbüttel.de)
Bingo! 4.5 years in duration, is therefore already a highlight that, after almost 5 years, a short piece of bike path could be completed.
