Hiking
From Albori to go towards Cappella Nuova, Cappella Vecchia, Mount Falerio or Mount Avvocata, you have to face somewhat tiring climbs but the view you can enjoy is truly remarkable. Sufficient preparation and appropriate clothing, especially sturdy shoes, are required.

Running
It is a pleasant trail that leads from the hamlet of Albori to Acqua del Cesare. Once at the spring, it is possible to climb towards Mount Falerio/Cappella Vecchia and Nuova or continue towards Cetara.
