At this place are the remains of the former Kainzmühle, a flour mill which was rebuilt in 1840 to a wood grinding. Until the 1950s, there was still a building here. On the opposite bank was in recent years the Radlmühle, also one of 15 mills, which used the water of the Traun between Gmunden and Kemating (Roitham).
