Except for a short unpaved section at Pobłocie Małe, there is a continuous paved cycle path between Karlino and Charzyno or the Droga Ekspresowa S6 on the former Kolberger Kleinbahn. Between Gościno and Ząbrowo alongside the road alongside the busy 162.
Signposting for Route 15 is still pending, currently only signposted locally.
