This is the only alternative connection between the saltworks garden and the spa gardens to the bridge over the saltworks bridge at the light tower. The light tower is not suitable for cyclists (you can only take the elevator there, otherwise there are only steps). So cyclists better use the high bridge or drive directly through the city center.
