Mountain biking
Well maintained??
from Chälen up a lot of stairs and often quite high roots, with bio-bikes pushing is often the order of the day. In between again simple, almost flat but only short trail sections. A nice vantage point. At the top of the Freiherrenberg fireplace and some views, Rtrg Einsiedeln down then a short, steep root trail, then gravel.

Then you rode it the wrong way around - although that's also possible with a bio bike, but only if you know the trail well.

Mountain biking
The trail is not for beginners, has a lot of steps and you have to drive it from the monastery or pony lift ;-)
