Home to the Chippenham Wheelers hill climb. Bowden is a lovely climb out of Lacock. It winds upwards with a manageable but challenging variation in gradient. A tempted pub, The Rising Sun, is a welcome distraction part way up. If you can manage to look out to the right towards the top the view is beautiful on a clear day.

Very steep hill on the way up with beautiful views. The RIsing Sun pub about 2/3rds up offers awesome views for a coffee break or lunch. Fun descent on the way down with the S bends
