The forest road from the bridge towards Altenberg is steep and borderline suitable for touring bikes (depending on the season and whether forestry vehicles have left their mark). It's no problem for mountain bikes.
The road across the main road towards Seyde, on the other hand, is paved and easy to cycle on.
