Due to a lack of use and renovation, the building is falling into disrepair and is closed due to the risk of collapse. In the park, which is also protected, there are mainly protected pedunculate oaks.

Summer 2026. The entrance area completely collapsed due to fire after two arson attacks in 2005 and 2009. Highest danger of entering here! Occasionally, some of the former elegance can still be seen on the facade. Hard to believe that the house was still used as a children's home until 1995. It is now a ruin in Sleeping Beauty's sleep and completely overgrown. Some say it was a neo-baroque manor house, others consider it a castle 🫣
