I travel a lot for work and pleasure and am therefore a bit demanding. But the "Goldene Anker" exceeds all expectations - by far the best hotel I have stayed in in recent years! Extremely courteous and helpful staff, without exception - whether at the reception or in the breakfast room, with a tendency towards perfection.

The Dampfschiff restaurant is absolutely recommendable! The food is consistently excellent, and the breakfast in particular is really delicious and lovingly prepared. The beer garden is a real highlight – with its beautiful view of the Elbe, it invites you to relax and enjoy. The location is ideal for a leisurely break, especially for cyclists. The staff also deserves high praise: very friendly, attentive, and warm. In addition, there are really fair prices that make the overall package perfect.

Beautiful church with historical information. You can go up the tower for a voluntary donation, which we also did. It's really worth it. Super, the 3 bells and the view.
