The nature trail is located in Hemlingby outdoor area. The path itself is marked with light green color and goes through forest, pasture, over rocks and next to wetter areas. Along the trail there are twelve information signs where you can learn more about the right of public access, nature, plants and animals. There are also experience stations with two different speakers. One is a crank box where you can listen to the right of public access in different languages by cranking up the energy. The other speaker is powered by solar cells, and you can listen to birdsong. In addition to exercise trails, Hemlingby outdoor area has several rest areas, outdoor gym, Hemlingbybacken and Hemlingbystugan with catering.
