Bergen is known for its rain, so it's advisable to wear waterproof and windproof outer layers. Opt for moisture-wicking base layers to stay comfortable. Good quality trail running shoes with decent grip are also recommended, especially for mountain trails which can be wet or muddy. Layers are key, as weather conditions can change quickly.
