The wings of the Galarieholländer mill, built in 1852, turned for about 100 years. After that, this mill also fell victim to the great mill death in East Frisia. Also in 1991, the association "Möhlenkring Rhaude/Holte e.V." was founded. With a lot of volunteer effort, the mill was restored to such an extent that the octagon and the mill cap could be put on in 1996. In 1997, the wings were mounted, so that the structure is complete again. The mill is used as an event and exhibition space.

The Fehn and Shipping Museum in Westrhauderfehn is a museum dedicated to the history of the Fehn culture, regional shipbuilding and shipping of what was once East Frisia's most important inland port. The museum, based in the listed "Villa Graepel", is a member of the East Frisia Museum Association. It is run by the Heimatverein Overledingerland e. V. The Heimatverein has rebuilt a smithy over 100 years old in front of the museum.[1] The Tjalk "Twee Gebroeders" is located in the canal directly in front of the house.
