If you are running through the village keep an eye out for the red phone box which is home to a collection of audio recordings of people who were impacted by the flooding of the area to make way for Alton Water.

From the National Trust; 'The Granary was used to store grain until it could be processed at either the water or steam mills, a function it continued to provide until the early 19th-century.
