Horsens Harbor is the seaport of the Danish city of Horsens and is located at the end of the approximately 20-kilometer-long Horsens Fjord in the southeastern Kattegat. It comprises the industrial port of Horsens Erhvershavn, owned by the limited company Horsens Havn A/S since 2001, and the yacht harbor of Horsens Lystbådehavn, owned by the municipality of Horsens. Two larger harbor basins divide Horsens Harbor into a northern harbor (Nordhavn) and a southern harbor (Sydhavn). A 6.9-meter-deep fairway leads to these facilities, which can accommodate ships up to 160 meters long and 24 meters wide with a maximum draft of 6.7 meters.[3] Horsens Harbor is a member of the Danish Harbor Association, an association of Danish commercial ports.
