Great open field with decent single track to ride on, the surface was quite compact and easy to ride on, this might not be as easy in wet weather though

Excellent cyclists cafe. very nice staff, good menu Sunday lunches great value. Tea comes in large cups - Excellent. Toilets OK. Garden area outside seating for sunny days. Worth adding to your route and stopping.

This is a nice bridge and surrounding area to cross over. The fella in the house before crossing was talkative and friendly. Maybe he was wondering why I stopped outside of his garage area, where he was working, to take a photo

These tracks are on the field edges, the weather had been dry days before May 13th 2024, enough wind to make the surfaces hard and easier to ride on. These tracks would be typical mud slogs in certain areas in wet weather
