Cassio is a hamlet in the municipality of Terenzo, located in the Parma Apennines. It is a place particularly known for historical, naturalistic, and tourist reasons. This is my first time doing it this time of year. I have to admit, it's not as fun at the end of October as it is in summer. The leaves cover the trail and often force you to slow down to avoid taking the wrong path. It's still a nice, enjoyable descent, though.
