Truly spectacular place. The view at sunset is very impressive and almost makes you think you are in a fjord. The view beyond the dam gives a glimpse of what is to come: the beautiful climb of the Stelvio dell'Oltrepo. The descent of the Tidone valley is suitable for any bike, while for the ascent to the Penice perhaps some suitable relationship is needed :)
