From the Hotel Herzog we enjoy, in addition to the best breakfast and fantastic Austrian cuisine, a magnificent view over the wide meadows and the Wallersee in front of a magnificent mountain backdrop 🤩🥰👍

A very beautiful hike along the Literature Trail leads from Köstendorf through the beautiful forest up to the summit cross. The view was very rewarding despite the dark rain clouds 🤩👍, and would certainly be even more breathtaking in the sunshine.

The hike up is also worth making. While it's nice to see the lake up close, the rest stop and the view are amazing 🤩
