Very beautiful view of the, I think, Ebenauer Köpfe. There is also an official path leading up to the cliffs and from there you also have a wonderful view. BUT BE CAREFUL: There is nothing fenced off up there. This means if you go too far forward, every step could be your last.

The old brickworks was converted into a cozy café in 1979. There you can also find the privately brewed beer of the Langlotz barn brewery from Frankenroda... delicious IPA

The "Café Gisela" is a family business through and through. The handmade cakes and pies come from the Meyer bakery, founded in 1925 and run by Gisela's nephew Christian in the fourth generation. The daily changing delicacies are a dream. The Café Gisela, idyllically located on the Werra, was opened in 1979 by the real "Frankenrödschen" Gisela Götze together with her husband Eckhard. With a lot of craftsmanship, Eckhard transformed the building of the former brickworks into a gem where you can unwind with a good cup of coffee in the middle of nature. 👍1a 🍰
