This lovely tour is also suitable for children, but they should have some alpine experience and be able to manage at least 10 km. We completed 16 km with approximately 1,130 meters of elevation gain in two days, from the Bärenfalle Roßschläg hiking car park via the Willi Merkl Hut (one overnight stay) to the summit cross and back to the hiking car park.

From the Sabachjoch, you can either continue on the T4 towards Scheid, continue below Kellenschrofen and -spitze towards Rote Flüh and Gimpel, or return towards Reutte on one side and Nesselwängle on the other. Very nice view 🥰
