Thematic site of the Chemin des Blés "Wheat, a solar cereal" In the middle of fields, in a region where grain cultivation is a tradition, this terrace with a breathtaking view is topped with a rye thatched roof. From field to construction, the construction of this roof was a year-long adventure. About a hundred volunteers participated in the construction of the 1,000 straw bales that make up the roof.
