The sculpture "La Grande Ourse et la Petite Ourse" ("The Big Dipper and the Little Dipper") is by Louis Noël. It was installed in December 2003 at the roundabout with the RN 921 national road and rue de la Station in Seilles, near the Andenne train station. This all-bronze sculpture is three meters tall and weighs 1.5 tons.
