The beautiful, well-maintained, tidy, and truly green Spa Park in Rymanów-Zdrój is a great place for an easy stroll, but also a great place to rest your legs after miles of pounding the Beskid Mountains (if you've just been there). The park is situated along the Tabor River, which murmurs pleasantly in your ear.

There have been no wooden sculptures of robbers there for at least a year. A clearing with a shelter, a bench and a small gym (one with bars and a bench). But there is a stream and the Crocus Spring.

When the water is low you can ride a bike. Not much on foot, unless you wear rubber boots, because the water reaches your ankles. Be careful when descending from the right side of the river - uneven stones, easy to get injured. On the left side there is better surface, but steeper. WW

A quiet part of the spa, without the crowds of patients, tourists and noisy children. Tall trees protect against the hot sun. The air is cleaner, away from roads and crowded parking lots, heated "red hot" by the sun, where the smell of asphalt and rubber takes away the joy of visiting the spa. Here you can listen to birds singing and talk peacefully.

It is worth seeing the church itself, which has become more beautiful after its expansion at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries. The rear part was then widened, side aisles were added to the main nave and the stained glass windows were moved. The presbytery has been completely changed, with a high, illuminated cross and tabernacle replacing the wooden altar, giving the interior a modern look. The old altar was transferred somewhere to the east to serve the local Church, which was being reborn after years of communist oppression. On hot days, the interior encourages you to enter and relax in silence with its lower temperature. You can feast your eyes on the pastel colors of the walls and the beauty of the stained glass windows.

The middle of three bridges over Tabor, the central part of the spa. From here you can observe wild ducks, and on hot days, tourists bathing and sunbathing, not necessarily from a distance, because Rymanów Zdrój is eagerly visited by residents of nearby towns - Krosno and Sanok. On summer weekends it is difficult to find a parking space, so it is better to come here by bike or bus.

Kawiarnia Zastańtek at Czesława is Number One in Iwonicz Zdrój! Great coffee, fresh and appetizing sweets, squeezed juices and various drinks. Nice and efficient service. I recommend.

The pump room is open all year round, with small, often surprising exceptions. In winter, you can warm up with tea or coffee while walking, and in summer, cool down by drinking mineral water. Water is free, it is worth bringing your own bottle or cup with you. Near the pump room there is a graduation tower, a fountain, a spruce forest and several shaded walking paths.
