The coffee shop is definitely biker friendly, they have a bottle fill fountain inside, coffee and energy for the return trip and have a foot pump to top up!

This is the oldest building in Poolesville! The wooden cabin was built in 1793 and was a trading post for the surrounding farms, plantations and travelling merchants. From 1810, it was the post office and store. Call ahead of time before you visit as the house is only open certain days.
