The B-Line Trail is a completely paved 3.1-mile trail passing through the heart of the city. There are a bunch of different spots that you can gain access to the path, and a variety of trail users utilize the route. It also connects to the Bloomington Rail Trail so that you can make your ride even further if you want.

The Clear Creek Trail is a really popular trail extending from West Tap Road at the north end to the giant iron bridge crossing Clear Creek at the southern end. The path is completely paved and is over 2 miles in one direction. It travels beside the creek and passes through suburbs and countryside while it moves between the two main trailheads. The trail pretty much intersects the Limestone Greenway and Bloomington Rail Trail at the same trail intersection, helping create a huge network of bike paths and commuter trails for riding.

The Bloomington Rail Trail is a mostly dirt and crushed-gravel path that follows the rail bed of an old rail line. The trail is popularly used by runners, walkers, cyclists, and commuters since the trail connects to a couple other paths that travel across town. Dunn's Woods is situated on the edge of the Indiana University campus and features a bunch of intertwining paths that meander through the woods and travel past some statues and artwork. Most of the paths are brick walkways that circle around the old property, and a lot of them connect to other trails and paths that branch into the heart of the school's campus.
