The Sandown to Newport cyclepath is built along the line of a former railway line, and it is the longest cycle path on the Isle of Wight. The route is part of National Cycle Route 23 and passes through some of the nicest countryside the island has to offer.

The Garlic Farm is a family-run farm featuring fields of garlic, a shop stocked with a wide variety of garlic products, and a restaurant serving delicious dishes infused with garlic flavours. Great place to stop for lunch on your walk! There is parking available here.

A lovely stop in the quiet IOW countryside for anything from a water bottle top-up to a full blown meal. Very popular, especially at weekends.
