Beautiful perhaps, pedestrian zone with car traffic. Unfortunately, no café or bakery at 9 am either.

In the early morning around 9 am quite disappointing, no bakery or cafe for breakfast.

The detour to Rudkøbing in the morning was not worth it, no cafe with a nice breakfast, only 2 pubs were open, which takes away your appetite.

Hourly crossing, pay at check-in, nice small ferry but with trucks and cars. More info: https://www.langelandslinjen.dk/

It's essentially the center of northern Langeland, and has been for over 150 years. While the town and harbor are relatively small, there's still plenty going on here. A fair number of boats are moored at the piers. In the harbor office, there are music evenings and a market in the summer (Tuesdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.). In the immediate vicinity, there are several restaurants, all of which—as far as we've tried so far—are very good. A collection of rides and playgrounds offers fun for the little ones. The short promenade and the harbor area are paved with easy-to-drive asphalt.
