Great bike route in the Braken near Harsefeld. The paths are natural and still easy to ride, unless you have to take a detour due to forestry work 😊. But that's important too, then you just push for a few meters and enjoy the surrounding nature 💚🍄🟫 in the deep forest. Unfortunately, we didn't see any salamanders. Only one of the stone sculptures could still be found, a shame. It was very nice to look at. Despite everything, the route is highly recommended. Hiking is also an option. Maybe you'll encounter, discover salamanders 🦎. And another activity is already on the list 😉. A visit is recommended and interesting at the same time 👍🏼.

The benches are located in the upper village of Hollenbeck directly at the turn-off to Stahmannskamp. Great hiking and cycling paths lead along here.

The Auetal is worth a visit....whether on foot or by bike (and it doesn't matter if with natural / chain or hub gears or with an e-bike). Many paths are flat / without significant gradients. I myself have my health limitations and for me these routes are also challenges, but doable....each at their own pace and difficulty level. I even know some who were able to reduce their medication dosage because of it.... So, just be brave and start slowly or increase gradually...many things are doable (perhaps for everyone, but for some).
