You'll need to park the bike up, just off the road, adjacent to a gate (hidden behind a tree!) Then walk up the track to the Tor and the old quarry. Lovely to explore the remains and also the small lakes up there.

The stone circle has a diameter of around 33 metres. Only 11 of its original 26 stones remain, and of these only eight are still erect. Slightly off the track - but you can ride / push bike to the circle easily.

This historic bridge spans the Little Petherick Creek. It's an old stone structure with a traditional Cornish design, and the views as you cross it toward Padstow and over the water toward Brea Beach and Rock are spectacular.
