A magical bathing spot that offers everything. Spacious surroundings with meadows and trees are very attractive. Plenty of benches to sit on! There are parking spaces available for those traveling by car, but someone would have to be brave enough to use the narrow, steep access road and drive down the embankment. It's not necessary, I suppose. The nearby village of Werbellin offers enough attractions, so a walk from there is a good idea.

The footbridge leads over the Rosenbeck drainage ditch, a boggy side channel of the former Werbelliner river. This ditch ran parallel from the Rosenbecker See to the Werbelliner Fliess and flowed through a meanwhile dry lake as well as the Grabowsee.

The Grabowsee is a fishing water and is located in a forest area north of Marienwerder near the Rosenbecker lock. It has a size of about 9.6 ha and a maximum depth of 12 m. There are not too many places where you can get to shore, as a dense reed belt borders the water. It's probably best on the north shore, where a clearing reaches the shore, and on the south, where there are a few piers with fishing boats. On the west bank, water lilies grow in a narrow band and form larger fields at the inlet. The water was very clear when we visited.
