There is a crossing possibility about 2 km towards Wipperfürth. There you cross a bridge. Under this bridge you can drive through the Wipper. Bikers, watch out because of the water level. Alternatively, you can get to the other side in Ohl. About 400 m from this place in the direction of Marienheide.

Unfortunately, currently (August 2024) it is very overgrown and blocked by fallen trees. Therefore, in my opinion, not recommended.

The Kerspetalsperre as a destination for a round trip: It belongs to the Arnsberg administrative district and is managed as a drinking water reservoir by the Wupperverband. You can walk to the huge dam wall with a central overflow, but you have to park your bike. The dam itself is a protected area.
