This is a beautiful spot. There is a barbecue/stove, seating and a gorgeous view out over the lake. The car park is also nearby, so you could do your walk and use the facilities here after your hike. It is very family-orientated.

This is a quirky little wooden bridge; it only crosses a small stream, but you will be glad to have it here. In the winter months, the streams do get swollen, and it gets very wet here. It is actually a very tranquil spot and it would make a good rest stop.
