Tovel is a wonderful place, the only flaw is that they are over-urbanizing it (NOTICE FOR SNACKERS, DO NOT THROW YOUR GARBAGE AND CIGARETTES ON THE GROUND)

You can refill your water supplies here. There's also a table and bench for a quick rest. I don't know if you can spend the night in the small hut. There's a small fence with a gate around the hut and the watering hole. Be careful, the gate latch is very tight. The view of the valley is very beautiful.
