WARNING! Coming from Kühlungsborn, this is the steepest climb in the region. Relentless: if you don't start slowly in the lowest gear, you'll fall over halfway up. At the top, you'll be puffing like a steam locomotive. The paved path is well laid, with a very short section of perforated paving. Going up is no problem as it's slow. Going down is about the fastest. Beautiful scenery when you're at the top
