Opening hours: by appointment – Tel. +49 3385 510320 The Steckelsdorf Protestant village church is a Baroque hall building that was rebuilt in the Neoclassical style in 1822 after a major fire. Its distinctive features include the sturdy west tower with its spire, pointed-arch windows, and a wooden flat barrel vault. Inside, the pulpit altar, galleries, pews, box, and baptismal font have been preserved from the time of construction. The historic Lütkemüller organ from 1859 was restored in 2011. Commemorative plaques in the vestibule commemorate the Steckelsdorf Jewish farm and the patrons of Katte.

Mrs. Harke is the patron saint of the Havelland region, as passed down from Germanic times, and under her care, this Knorpelschänke is a particularly pleasant place to rest.

Beautiful old village church made of red brick. The place seems somehow enchanted.

The village church is located in a sleepy village with a stork's nest. If you're lucky, you can watch the birds.
