Update July 2, 2024: Weser Skywalk reopened! After a routine structural inspection of the Weser Skywalk, it was briefly closed for further inspection. After consultation with the structural engineers, the "green light" was given and the Beverungen city building yard has already removed the barriers. --------- The Weser Skywalk viewing platform on the Hannoversche Klippen near Würgassen is currently closed to visitors. During the regular structural inspection, defects were discovered, which are now being examined in more detail. The specialist engineers will meet shortly to discuss further measures. At the moment, it is not possible to estimate how long the closure will last. Signs at the car park already indicate that entry is prohibited. There is an urgent warning against ignoring the closure!
