Fuchsenbrunnen is a lovely rest area. There's a bench right under the weeping willow.

A lovely Easter destination is the village of Gutzberg near Stein in the Fürth district. There, you'll find over 1,000 painted eggs and a host of Easter bunnies along the way. The Easter Egg Trail in Gutzberg has become a tradition, and the entire village helps decorate them. The colorfully painted eggs can be admired at several stations throughout the village. At each station, the eggs are assigned a specific theme, such as fairy tales, breweries, animals, or plants. Easter bunny signposts guide you through the village. In the center of the village is the Easter fountain, which is also richly decorated with colorful Easter eggs. Those who wish can also leave a small donation in the thank-you box. This delights the villagers, and the donations also benefit children with cancer. This year, the Easter Egg Trail in Gutzberg can be visited from April 5th to May 4th, 2025. very idyllically situated in Locher Grund, but unfortunately I have seen city dwellers here in the summer months who have organized barbecues here and left their rubbish behind....☹️

The entire village ensemble of Gutzberg is worth seeing in itself. Highlights include the nativity scene trail during Advent/Christmas and the Easter egg trail at Easter! Donations from the cash register go to the Klabautermann e.V. association.👍
