The Trödelradweg is really enjoyable and one of my favorite routes. It forms a perfect route via Biesenthal, Marienwerder, Zerpenschleuse to Liebenwalde.

The Pankeweg near Buch runs along the Panke river and is part of a longer network of cycle paths and footpaths connecting the north of Berlin with the city center. The route is predominantly green and leads through quiet sections with parks, meadows, and natural bank areas of the Panke river. Especially in the Buch area, the path serves as an important everyday and recreational connection for walkers and cyclists between residential areas, the clinic, and adjacent recreational areas.

Beautiful, easy-to-ride cycle path. But you can clearly feel the proximity to Berlin here. So it gets quite busy on nice days.

A sign in the entrance area of the tower indicates that entering the interior is at your own risk (unsafe stairs with insufficient handrails). Inside, everything is covered in thick dust. Those who sit on the chairs must clean their clothes afterwards. Despite all this, the visit is still interesting.

The chapel belongs to the Holy Spirit Hospital, founded around 1336, which was located directly outside Angermünde's former city walls and was completely destroyed during the Thirty Years' War. In 1698, the chapel was transferred to the French Reformed congregation of Angermünde, subsequently repaired, and a half-timbered tower was added. This was rebuilt in 1775. Beautifully situated on the canal, the path runs alongside the old cobblestone road. The path joins the cycle path that runs for several kilometers through the forest.
