A beautiful bicycle bridge crosses the Lage Dwarsvaart canal. Heading south, you enter the Hollandse Hout. From there, the Oostvaardersplassen are not far away.

Right off the highway, yet surrounded by idyllic nature - Haje Hotel and Restaurant. We spent two nights here on our trip to Amsterdam. It's only about 30 minutes from the P+R Arena Amsterdam, and from there, you can take the subway into the city. The staff was super friendly. There's self-check-in and self-check-out. Breakfast is available in the restaurant. Right next door, there's also a takeaway shop belonging to Haje. The entire grounds are lovingly designed. Simply beautiful!

Here you go over the dike for kilometers. There isn't much variety, but it's not stressful either - as long as there is no headwind ;-)
