Around the main altar, dating from 1890, are depictions of the twelve apostles, including St. James with a staff. It is a Roman Catholic church. The pilgrimage route continues past the Musis Sacrum concert hall through Musispark. Pilgrims pass the Walpurgis Church, which today houses a hotel (Walpurgis Residenties) and a restaurant, and finally reach the monumental St. Eusebius Church.
