A forest growing on sandy soil, Sandskogen offers a slightly different walking experience compared to typical woodland trails. The ground is soft and well-drained, and the vegetation, mainly pine, creates a light, open atmosphere. The flat terrain and easy paths make this a good spot for relaxed walks, with a quiet setting just outside the town.

The Öresund Bridge is a combined road-and-rail link between Sweden and Denmark, connecting Copenhagen and Malmö. From this spot you have an undisturbed view of this huge construction across the sea.

A walk on the long jetty is rewarded with a great view over the Öresund. On the left the Malmö skyline with the Turning Torso. On a clear day, the skyline of Copenhagen on the other side of the Öresund. At the end of the jetty there is a restaurant and a "Kallbadhus". On the right the women's sauna and on the left the men's sauna. On special days, couples or mixed companies can saune together. Depending on the day of the week on the women's side or on the men's side. More information is available on the homepage http://www.bjerredssaltsjobad.se/. Absolutely worth a visit - summer and winter.

My personal favourite spot. The sauna has big windows with a wonderful view on the bridge to Copenhagen and with clear view you see the skyline of Copenhagen. After sauna you can directly take a bath in the Öresund. Unfortunately the Öresund was not frozen this year but to go into 2 degrees cold water was quite an experience. On the weekends (and in summer the whole week) the restaurant is open. You can pay for the sauna in the restaurant or with your smartphone. You find the instructions at the entrance. You can find the opening times for the restaurant here: https://bjerredskallbadhus.se/.
