I'm not afraid of heights. But the Titlis Cliff Walk was definitely not a particular challenge. The suspension bridge is not very long and luckily it doesn't wobble that much, even when there are a lot of people on it. And the view isn't too deep or 'empty'. The view is very beautiful. I wouldn't want to do it on weekends/holidays. Too many people blocking the way to take photos/selfies.
