Hello my lovelies Now this new year starts with this wonderful hike in the canton of Solothurn. The hike begins at the public car park (free of charge) by the forest. From here it goes towards Verenaschlucht and then up to Balmfluechöpfli. It goes back via Röti. Guys, it is a strenuous but beautiful hike that I can recommend to everyone. Today the weather was cold, with -7 degrees on the summit, but the view was simply breathtaking. Please note that when the paths in the forest are covered in snow, they can be icy below and therefore dangerous. Sure-footedness is essential. This is an advantage for those who have hiking poles. If I had known, I would have attached the missing shoe spikes on the descent today (I have marked the corresponding spot on the photos). Apart from that, we had a lot of fun doing this fantastic hike. Now my 2025 hiking season has started! :-) Attention: Although this hike is described as a normal hike, the section up to Balmfluechöpfli, which we did, can be classified as a T2 or even T3 mountain tour. Alpine experience, surefootedness and a head for heights are required here. Highlight: - Very beautiful hike - Pure nature - Great view of the Alps Lowlight: - Icy because. For your information: Here is the video (part 1) relive.cc/de/view/vDqgxnr3pVv Equipment: Normal hiking equipment For your information: Difficult hike Level of difficulty: T1 (hiking)
