This is a wonderful place! A short but steep walk to get there. Delicious coffee and pancakes, plus a tour of the farm. Highly recommended if you're in the area! Careful, this place is only seasonally open.

Perched high on a dramatic mountainside, Stigen Farm offers jaw-dropping views over the deep blue waters of the Aurlandsfjord. This remote and historic farm, only accessible by a steep footpath or boat, clings to the cliffs with an almost impossible grace, surrounded by rugged terrain and serene silence. Though private, visitors are welcome to rest just outside the fence, soak in the scenery, and capture unforgettable photos.

Beautiful inn, located directly on the fjord, with a large terrace and the sale and tasting of goat cheese.

The church was first built as a stave church and was called St. Nicolai Chapel, built around 1147. In 1722, major changes were made to the church. After removing three coats of paint, the old color decoration that had been forgotten for so long was found. The walls are painted with fine tendrils and the vaulted ceiling with stars and figures. The chandelier with the five carved animal heads is from the Middle Ages, as is the one bell that now hangs in the nave. The church in Undredal is one of the few in the country where a person still rings the bell in the attic. The church has only 40 seats, is a great cultural treasure and worth a visit for 100 NOK.

Great hike along the fjord shore with a little up and down, great atmosphere, unfortunately without a real destination, you just turn back when the path ends.
