It feels like being in a rainforest or in an Indiana Jones story. Very slippery in places when wet. Due to the high steps, it's only suitable for small children to a limited extent.

Enjoy a superb soak in private bath. When booking a private pool you have a choice out of several pools at the new hydrotherapy center, the the Afroditi pool being the best. Facilities at the old hydrotherapy center are outdated but the pool are much bigger.

Next to the abandoned outpost there is a perfect picnic spot with beautiful views of Ramno Bor gorge. Below the outpost the middle track leads to a cherry orchards where the path to Kounoupitsa waterfall starts. The path crossed a stream at its beginning and you have tread carefully as the path is very slippery.
