"Café on the water" Open 9am - 4pm The café serves a selection of main meals, sandwiches, salads and desserts, along with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for after your run. Beautiful views.

Offering a great chance to get some exercise in a park on the edge of the town. It's a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some fresh air, thanks to its well-paved and clearly marked route. Mixture of woodland in parts and a nice stretch down the River crouch.
